Mothers Against Illegal Aliens has been in frequent contact with the L.A. Immigration and Customs Enforcement office as well as Capital Police in Washington D.C. to assist in ensuring the apprehension of criminal felon and fugitive from justice Elvira Arellano upon her flight from the Chicago church where she hid for one year. Should ICE not have apprehended Elvira Arellano before her trip to Washington D.C. they were informed that Michelle Dallacroce, President and Founder of Mothers Against Illegal Aliens along with Ted Hayes were organizing a “citizens arrest” of Elvira Arellano and her conspirators, Walter “Slim” Coleman and Emma Lozano the primary leaders and advisers to Arellano.
However, Fugitive Arellano was arrested today by ICE in L.A. at the Our Lady Queen of Angels Church although the criminal conspirators were not!
Walter “Slim” Coleman (the so called Pastor) who aided and abetted Arellano in her fugitive flight across interstate lines as well as Coleman’s wife Emma Lozano, Arellano’s close adviser, as well as any and all accomplices in the Chicago Adalberto United Methodist Church, such as Jacobita Alonso, a lay leader at the church who stayed with Arellano on the second-floor apartment over the last year were not detained or arrested for aiding and abetting and harboring a fugitive.
U.S. Sens. Dick Durbin and U.S. Senator and Presidential Candidate Barack Obama as well should be charged with conspiracy and aiding and abetting as well as Representative Luis V. Gutierrez who was instrumental in providing assistance to Saul and to Elvira when Saul made his trip to Washington D.C.
Moreover, those accomplices at Our Lady Queen of Angels Church in L.A., Roberto Lopez, the driver of the vehicle that transported Arellano was not taken into custody nore has it been determined that he will be charged although he should be charged.
Secreting Elvira Arellano around the country “touring” the nation is in violation of the law. Anyone who gives aid and comfort to any fugitive is just as guilty as the fugitive themselves.
They all need to be criminally charged for their part in this travesty of justice.
